Sometimes life feels overwhelming, and it's hard to know where to turn. Whether you're facing a difficult season or simply don't feel like yourself anymore, therapy can help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.
I became a therapist because I understand what it feels like to experience loss, face unexpected challenges, and rebuild your life. Those experiences shaped not only who I am, but also how I connect with my clients.
My goal is to provide compassionate, personalized care. Together, we can navigate life's challenges and work toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, body image concerns, self-esteem challenges, relationship issues, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting women through midlife and menopause, helping them navigate this stage of life with greater confidence, resilience, and self-compassion.
My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I integrate evidence-based therapy with mindfulness and body-based techniques, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can get to know each other and see if we're a good fit.
